Our Grand Slam Senior Men’s Golf League is entering its fifth year.  The league is open to men who are 55 or older and play is from the senior tees.  Golfers of all abilities are welcome.  Typically, the handicap range has been six to thirty-six. We have our own handicap system.

The season will consist of a minimum of 20 rounds of golf on Monday mornings (except Memorial Day and Labor Day when golf will be on Tuesday) at Pokegama, Eagle Ridge, Sugarbrooke and Mesaba CC.  The first round is at Eagle Ridge on Monday, May 10.

The Senior League was developed to play golf, meet others, and have fun. Last year we had a total of 102 golfers who participated.  The golfers were members of the previous mentioned golf courses plus Wendigo and Blueberry Hills. Some were not affiliated with any of our golf courses

League dues are $25 per person.  The green fees are $16 per round, but if one is a member of the host course, there will be no charge.  A power golf cart is required and rental will be $11 per round, with no charge for those with a seasonal cart rental at the host course.  In addition, there will be a $5 fee for the game of the day.  Daily winners will receive gift certificates from the host pro shop.

There will be an informational meeting Monday, May 3 at Eagle Ridge.  Coffee and rolls will be provided.  At this time you may sign up for league play with a round of golf to follow.  You may also sign up prior to league play; registration begins one hour before the shotgun start.
